Located in the tropical surrounding of Assini, this high-end compound is conceived as an exclusive and luxurious retreat. The mission here is integrating 70 villas in a residential compound that grows in mangroves, palm groves, bamboo. It has a very tropical feel as if it sits on a deeply rooted nature and for it to thrive and survive, it repopulates the existing vegetation. The compound is also bordered by rivers.
The inspiration stems from a leaf gently placed on a river stream with its veins spreading and transmuting into the project’s infrastructure network, both the pedestrian and the vehicular paths. All components from water features, main or secondary roads, and so on, blend together in a very structured yet decomposed aspect, breathing homogeneity throughout the project.
