The Maritime Sanctuary // La Marina

Getting called to step in early on and working on the Master Plan with the architect, was a determining factor for the success of the project. As a first phase of the Master Plan, streets and facilities were designed such as sitting areas, kids’ playground, private beach and the access to the laguna with boat docking. Then the design of the common gardens and areas followed.

La Marina consists of 10 individual villas engulfed in a high-end luxurious compound, facing the laguna amid a pristine and wild nature. Here, nature is the star and utilizing its unmatched beauty and peculiarity, guarantees a complete immersion. Each villa benefits from a private swimming pool and any facility one may foresee.
