This project is envisioned as a high-end project and constructed in such way to maximize un-interrupted views towards the adjacent horse race course. Adopting a minimalist, modern and sleek approach in the landscape strategy will ensure the proper integration of the project within its surrounding environment all the while accentuating it as a landmark making it a prime destination.
The public areas are to stand out and the idea is for the landscape to act as a connector to welcome the wanderers and guide them throughout their visit. In the retail sector, the landscape should be a reference for people to make it a point to visit, mingle, unwind, shop and be entertained.
The lobby should make a statement, a bold one, featuring wow effect elements such as lush gardens and a game of water features at different heights which echo the dynamism found in the architecture.
Visitors will be drawn to walk in and be indulged with the flirting surrounding landscape architecture.
Private areas are to exhume privacy amidst a secluded scent of greenery in an attempt to maintain the familiar laid-back atmosphere where troubles can be left behind and one can be reenergized in this dreamy setting.
Roof gardens are to be equally exclusive, attractive and characterized by a luxurious touch. Sculpted lawns and natural fences will create exterior open space that encourages interaction with the environment, social interaction, passive recreation, and physical activities. What better way to end one’s day by indulging yourself in a sunset yoga or stretching session away from the noise pollution and the hustle of the city spouting underneath the tall emerging tower to regain inner peace and serenity!
Safety measures will prevail in our design to guarantee everyone can safely benefit from the existing landscape free of any hassle.
Sustainability will also play a key role in the integration of the landscape approach and adequate parameters will be meticulously considered.
The initial concept is to establish a luxurious contemporary where every corner is set to provide the perfect setting for a truly unforgettable experience.
Dynamic, minimalistic, alluring, landscape is set to link people to the architecture creating a seamless connection bringing equilibrium to the design and creating the required sensorial experience.
