Tucked within a small pine forest, this luxurious residential building is envisioned as an oasis of serenity and ultimate harmony. Interconnectedness starts at the building’s main entrance where a piazza is integrated at the fence level. It bears the same identity with the overall landscape philosophy and ambiance and recreates the same tiling pattern of the ground floor. This creates unity, binding the building to its urban context and simultaneously adds depth to the main entrance’s volume.

The garden is rather small in scale with a minimalistic aspect, but has a mesmerizing impact as soon as you step in.

The floating architectural slabs staggered on the different floors are projected onto the landscape creating an unconventional yet harmonious design that distinctively blends softscape and hardscape, architecture and landscape.

As a result, the façade is lengthened. It unfolds like a carpet from the ground gradually moving upwards. Exploring the garden is like gently brushing off the keys of a piano, unlocking a gentle melody.

The juxtaposition of the various hardscape and softscape components of the garden where several appealing water features are introduced, helps shape a harmonic balance within the outdoor spaces.

The design of this garden emerges from a desire to let form flow naturally from vertical to horizontal, allowing the character of the place to gently settle into the ground. Architecture and landscape here speak the same visual language and create a cohesive and unified sense of place.
