Adjacent to Plot 22 rises Plot 23, the latest addition to the Marasi Marina skyline. Solis Residences tower emanates equally unrivaled sophistication and luxurious lifestyle, harmoniously blending with its surrounding neighborhood.
The architectural dialogue between Omniyat and Foster + Partners is equally translated in the landscape architectural language. The outcome? A vision brought to life! An elevated experience with grand living both inside and outside.
There’s a strong sense of connection and communication between the two towers that kicks off at Basement 3 through a lower connected promenade. The wide shaded walkways with elegant, spacious water features create an inviting and agreeable stroll.
This same fusion of water and vegetation is likewise shaping the higher Basement 1 with its sophisticated atrium.
Coherence keeps resonating from floor to floor. The Ground Floor level hosts a podium designed in such way it anchors the tower. With its unconventional architectural design working on connecting the explicit voids together from the hanging platforms emerging from the podium, an interplay of light, shadow and openness takes first stage. These hanging platforms remain connected in the utmost harmonious sync; a connection that is boosted through the use of three types of platforms from a landscape architectural perspective: water, hardscape and softscape.
Water is a crucial element in the composition of the project that ties the inside to the outside. Water mirrors, pools and just the right amount of greenery all around will engulf you in this urban oasis.
The entrance to this exquisite residential tower is grandiose.
Horizontality is adequately captivated at higher levels where the amenities and the terrace pools roar up in the sky.
The fusion of the two towers offering immersive views of the Burj and Downtown, is fabricated with a beautifully drafted landscape that complements the elegant architecture. A hanging sky pool, an inviting lounge, a mouthwatering restaurant, a luxurious gym, and a welcoming yoga decking, all blend together in the sky empowering the future of luxury living.
At Solis Residences, luxury is brought to a new standard. Pure essence will resonate from your arrival and will accompany you all along. Framed views, hanging platforms, opulence, and freshness will be high on the agenda at Plot 23.
